Description
Clean Commute Day will return to Durango on June 25, with morning stations around town to provide commuters with refreshments and prizes, an afterparty with bike games, and a weeklong commuter challenge on the Way to Go Durango app.
Clean Commute Day stations will run from 7-9 AM and are listed below. Enjoy a free t-shirt, treats, and coffee/tea (while supplies lasts).
- 640 Main Avenue Downtown (Sustainable Goods):
- 65 Mercado St. #119 Three Springs (Bear's General)
- Iris Park (Backcountry Experience)
- 575 E. 8th Ave. (Durango Natural Foods Co-op)
- 225 E. 8th Ave. Unit B (Durango Bike Project)
- Memorial Park (CDOT)
- 877 E. 3rd St. (Shaw Solar)
- 725 E. 2nd Ave (Lola's Place)
- 150 Mercury Village Dr. (Café Amor, Durango Tool Library, Desert Sun Coffee Roasters, Pathfinder Chiropractic)
The Clean Commute Day afterparty will take place from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at 225 East 8th Ave. in front of the following businesses: Durango Bike Project, The Tangled Horn, Anarchy Brewing, and Psycle Durango. The party will include bike games, free beer and appetizers —while supplies last—and prizes for participants.
